USTA Southern California is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the execution of

multi- channel marketing programs, and separately, to support on-site event marketing and

promotions. The Integrated Marketing Manager will work closely with the Social Media

Manager and Director of Communications, and report to the Director of Marketing.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end management of marketing

campaigns, which support the growth of tennis in Southern California and increase brand

awareness for USTA Southern California, by leveraging web, SEO/SEM, database, email, social

media, traditional and display advertising and marketing/communications strategies.




    • Primary Qualifications:
    • – BA in marketing, business, or related field
    • – 2-4 years of experience in consumer marketing
    • – Proven experience in planning, developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
    • – Proven experience in marketing-related data analytics, metrics-oriented strategies
    • – Proficient in market research and statistical analysis
    • – Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • – Strong project management skills
    • Additional responsibilities:
    • The Integrated Marketing Manager will be expected to do the following:
    • – Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and the Southern California marketplace
    • – Analyze effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives via available data
    • – Create and maintain analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights
    • for campaign development
    • – Optimize social media campaigns with paid support
    • – Managing processes and marketing department’s budget
    • Other Details:
    • This is a full-time position. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan, paid
    • vacation, paid parking and laptop.  Base salary commensurate with experience and
    • accomplishments.  
    • SafePlay background check and completion of SafeSport training required.  A valid driver’s
    • license and reliable vehicle is a must. Our offices are located on the UCLA campus in Los
    • Angeles.
