JTT Divisions are organized by dynamic player ratings to maintain level-based play. Players will register for a team through TennisLink. If a player has no rating on file, the player will be required to declare a self rating before completing the registration (see Self Rating). All 10U players are required to meet minimum standards via the Net Generation PlayTracker to move from Orange Ball to the 10U Green Ball and 12U Yellow Ball divisions. 10U players cannot acquire a rating until Yellow Ball eligibility is established.
Players with a minimum of four matches in the last 18 months in JTT and/or at Junior Tournaments will likely have a dynamic rating via the Junior National Tennis Rating Program (NTRP).
After each JTT match, the scores will be entered in TennisLink. These results will be reflected in the players NTRP Rating. Each individual match is evaluated in terms of win/loss, the closeness of the score, and other factors, with recent matches rated more heavily.
JTT 12U+ Divisions are organized by dynamic player ratings in an effort to maintain level-based play.
If a player rating has been established, it can be found via an account search on TennisLink.
