Super Sectionals returns to OC this month with NTRP, Wheelchair, and Age-based competition

The USTA Southern California Super Sectional Championships return to Orange County this month, bringing players of all ages and abilities together into one super event.

Last spring, the inaugural Super Sectionals launched as an effort to showcase the variety of adult tournament offerings USTA SoCal has to offer. It combines NTRP, Age, and Wheelchair divisions into one spectacular sectional championship.

Due to COVID restrictions, the 2021 championship will be split into two tournaments. Singles divisions will play this spring (April 19-25 at the Orange County Great Park), and an autumn event will feature all of our doubles competition (date and location TBD).

A family-friendly wheelchair tennis showcase will be hosted on Saturday April 24th and will be open to the public. Come jump on a court with our talented wheelchair players and even try wheelchair tennis for yourself. We’ll provide the chair!

Super Sectionals is one of eight USTA Southern California Signature Series events. Tecnifibre, the official ball of the Signature Series, is an event sponsor. The Tecnifibre COURT ball will be used throughout the event.
