Tennis enthusiasts across Southern California will find a vibrant and interactive digital home at USTAsocal.com, as the Section launches a brand new website that re-imagines tennis across Southern California.
The new site serves as the primary regional destination for adult and junior tennis, along with new content related to community tennis and collegiate programs across Southern California. The site is also designed to introduce newcomers to the game, with instruction on youth programs, leagues, tournaments, and ranking details.
Emphasizing the sport at a local level, visitors will find a full database of college programs in Southern California, connections to area NJTL chapters and community tennis associations, and tournament calendars. Players competing in the Bryan Bros. Doubles Race, or for a berth in the year-end Final 8 Junior Masters, will be able to track their progress at the website as qualifications continue.
The site also highlights players and destinations best representing the diversity of Southern California’s tennis community. Among those spotlighted at launch are Greg Bogie (Adult), Kaia Wolfe (Junior), and Esther Henderschott (Community).
Premiering the new online destination concludes a five month process that combined multiple online resources into one concise website. In coming months, USTAsocal.com will further augment the site’s content with fresh material, news features and commentary, and full coverage of the Southern California tennis scene.
USTA Southern California also continues to develop its social media platforms, which will reflect the spirit of the new website. Users can search @USTAsocal to access and follow Section social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
