SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

USTA SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

WELCOME TO THE NET GENERATION SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM!

The focus of the program is to create partnerships between schools, local school partners and USTA Southern California to give students the opportunity to learn, play, and enjoy the game of tennis. By signing up for the program, the school, school partner agree to partner with the United States Tennis Association (“USTA”) to support Net Generation at the school.

By signing this document, the USTA, school, school partner and USTA Southern California agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out below. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions which apply to the delivery of USTA’s Net Generation Programs at the School which shall be as follows:

The school, school partner, and USTA Southern California agree, where possible, to follow any Net Generation Program guidelines and policies provided by USTA from time to time. The school agrees to ensure that all teachers, volunteers and other members involved in the running of the program uphold the spirit of this partnership with the school partner. The school partner agrees to be registered with the USTA (including Safe Play certification). The school partner also agrees to create a strong partnership with the school, including acting as a support network and communicating regularly with the school where possible.

USTA Southern California agrees to support the school and the school partner and facilitate the relationship where possible.

This agreement shall be valid from the date that it is signed by all parties and continues until it is terminated by any party upon thirty (30) days written notice to all other parties. The school and school partner agree to carry and accept all risks in the running of the program.
